5. How To Attain Your Business Goals Faster: Old But Effective Tool.

So you have an online business...

Not one, not two, like 4 or 5 of them, 

Andddd you want to expand.

How do you go about it? 

Simple steps; 

1. Make a simple goal. 

A goal could be condensed in a simple sentence like

"I'd like 50 gym subscriptions monthly for the entire 2022". 

If you really want to make this work, you're going to have to double the effort you usually put in to contact more people. If you have staff working for you, you'll probably make them do cold mailings every month, reaching like 20 people every week.

My point is, you want to ensure that this goal will be reached. 

The secret to making this work is you have to create what's called Key Performance Indicators. To make sure you understand, simply put, KPIs as they're usually called are WHATSOEVER Actions you take that will bring you closer to your goal. 

For example, if you have a business that rarely has return customers and you want to change that, you can decide to call your old customers three times in a week, just checking up on their families. 

Or you can check for those whose birthdays fall in that month and wish them a great day while reminding them of your business relationship with them. 

This is exactly what KPIs look like. 

When creating a KPI, you have to ask yourself 5 questions 

Is this action super specific?
Is it measurable?
Is it attainable?
How relevant is this action to my goal?
What is the time frame for carrying out this action? 

If you have a business that you want to grow online, take 5 minutes right now and write your ultimate goal and 3 KPIs that'll help you get there.
